Adam Davis KC and Patrick Harte, instructed by Abbas Dhami at Newgate Solicitors, commence in a multi-handed murder trial at the Central Criminal Court.

The deceased was shot at point blank range in an execution-style killing. The Crown’s evidence is based on CCTV, telephone traffic and eye witness accounts. The trial is due to last for 10 weeks.
